Support with Sale & Marketing Manager to develop all necessary procedures and process to ensure that the sales & marketing force operate efficiently and effectively and achieves all sale & marketing objectives.
Monitor the performance of sale & marketing team and take correctly action where necessary to ensure that sales & marketing targets are met.
Monitor and control the budget of the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to company with policy and procedure requirement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sale potential is realized in the areas.
Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure that company maintains and develops it competitive position.
Control daily field work report from sale function to ensure that sale plan and daily achievement are suitable and will be met to daily, monthly and annual sale target.
Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position
Sale team leading and supporting problem solving with customer complain and as necessary supporting with accounting staff to solve with customer late payment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification bachelor degree level
At least 2 yeas sales & marketing management experiences
Thorough knowledge and experience of marketing and sales
Thorough knowledge of company products
Excellent sales & marketing and interpersonal skills
