Restaurant Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Training, and managing restaurant staff
  • Ordering food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies
  • Supervise the preparation , display food and drinks
  • Ensuring​ the best service is delivered to customer
  • Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings
  • Ensuring all staff follow the procedure of cooking and food storage
  • Responding to customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively
  • Assisting in the development of menu offerings and changes based on customer preferences
  • Creating innovative promotions to improve sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Restaurant Mgt. or related field
  • Knowledge in developing new Menu, drinks and Event preparation
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point…
  • Fluent in English for both written and speaking
  • Strong leadership, motivational and problem solving skills
  • Great in communication skills, Flexibility , Integrity
