Restaurant Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
Training, and managing restaurant staff
Ordering food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies
Supervise the preparation , display food and drinks
Ensuring the best service is delivered to customer
Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings
Ensuring all staff follow the procedure of cooking and food storage
Responding to customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively
Assisting in the development of menu offerings and changes based on customer preferences
Creating innovative promotions to improve sales
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years’ experience in Restaurant Mgt. or related field
Knowledge in developing new Menu, drinks and Event preparation
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point…
Fluent in English for both written and speaking
Strong leadership, motivational and problem solving skills
Great in communication skills, Flexibility , Integrity
