Front Office Supervisor


  • Maintains current information regarding reservation systems, lost and found, guest complaints and all policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the Front Office.
  • Handles guest complaints to the satisfaction of all parties.  Notifies the Head Host, Host Manager, and Executive Assistant Manager if assistance is required.
  • Registers and assign room to arriving guests with and without reservations ensuring that registration cards are correctly completed giving required information.
  • Pre-register arriving guests when conceivable.
  • Handle CIP, VIP and VVIP guest in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Ensures room keys are checked and secured.
  • Assign on daily basis a show room/s for site inspections.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the welcome gesture and ensure that timing and distributing are managed appropriately.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all time
  • Prepare weekly team member roster ensuring that sufficient team members are available to handle expected busy periods 
  • Coordinates with the Head Host on all public functions and ensure that Front Desk notice boards display current information about hotel services and activities


  • Preferably 2-3 years of work experienced as Front Desk at 4* /5* hotel.
  • Proficient in hotel booking system and MS Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and appearance.
  • Keen learner and able to multi task.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Experience in Hotels. Language Skills:
