JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare all the mise en place and all pastry item as required for the daily operation including banqueting and special promotion
Assist their direct supervisor with consistency and quality of pastry preparation and presentation to maintain the hotel standards
Give their subordinates sufficient support and guidance to ensure that they can perform in a satisfactory manner
Observe and learn to operate the variety of pastry equipment as provided in the respective working area
Take responsibility of the proper storage of pastry products
Attend daily briefings and monthly meeting if required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years’ experience in Restaurant & Kitchen Mgt. or related field, Bakery Pastry
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point…
Fluent in English for both written and speaking
Strong leadership, motivational and problem solving skills
Great in communication skills, Flexibility , Integrity
