Commis Bakery


  • Prepare all the mise en place and all pastry item as required for the daily operation including banqueting and special promotion
  • Assist their direct supervisor with consistency and quality of pastry preparation and presentation to maintain the hotel standards
  • Give their subordinates sufficient support and guidance to ensure that they can perform in a satisfactory manner
  • Observe and learn to operate the variety of pastry equipment as provided in the respective working area
  • Take responsibility of the proper storage of pastry products
  • Attend daily briefings and monthly meeting if required


  • At least 2 years’ experience in Restaurant & Kitchen Mgt. or related field, Bakery Pastry 
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point…
  • Fluent in English for both written and speaking
  • Strong leadership, motivational and problem solving skills
  • Great in communication skills, Flexibility , Integrity
