Chef de Partie


  • Assist Senior Chef de Partie to supervise outlet kitchen operations and discipline of staff
  • Prepare and conduct training with subordinates with the assistance of Senior Chef de Partie to maintain the kitchen and hotel standards
  • Perform the duties and assume the responsibility of all production and presentation of kitchen outlets as required by the daily operation including banqueting, a la carte and special promotion
  • Assist Senior Chef de Partie on consistency and quality of all production preparation and presentation (Quality Control)
  • Operation of the variety of kitchen equipment as provided in the respective working area
  • Gives his subordinates sufficient assistance and guidance to ensure that they can perform in a satisfactory manner
  • Ensure with the assistance of Senior Chef de Partie that all food requisitions, market lists and food transfer a properly done on a daily basis
  • Take responsibilities of cleanliness of the section and working areas and all equipment
  • Keep control over dishes leaving the kitchen as well as controlling access to the kitchen
  • Work accordance to standard recipes and advice of the Senior Chef de Partie


  • At least 3 years’ experience in Restaurant & Kitchen Mgt. or related field
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point…
  • Fluent in English for both written and speaking
  • Strong leadership, motivational and problem solving skills
  • Great in communication skills, Flexibility , Integrity
